In accordance with the decision of the company, You may chose the option of postponing Your ticket to any other date when there are operative Air Serbia flights on Your selected route, until 17dec19. No penalties or ticket reissuing fees will be applied. However, fare difference, if any, depending on current seat availability on newly selected flights, is chargeable. To process this exchange, You will be required to give a call to Call Center. Only one such exchange per ticket is permitted. Payment can be made using Visa, Dina, MasterCard and American Express payment cards.
If You decide to use this option, please confirm by replying to this message or giving us a call as soon as possible, no later than 1 day prior to scheduled departure - otherwise, the option will not be available. Please make sure to keep Your 13-digit electronic ticket number for future reference. Only one such exchange is permitted.
Alternatively, in accordance with the fare rules of Your nonrefundable fare, refund of the unused airport taxes only is permitted, amounting 6,549 rub per ticket. The funds would be credited back to bank account linked to payment card used for this transaction. The refund process takes 7 to 30 days to complete.
