Слушайте, а вы как это проверяли? Меня смущает упомянутая там виза Лихтенштейна (который вообще-то полноправно вступил в Шенгенское соглашение)
Я попробовал через сайт KLM, который имеет удобный интерфейс, и вроде как подключён к тому же Тиматику. Там выдаёт другой текст:
Visa is required for transit through France.
Transit visa is not required for passengers holding a valid visa or residence permit issued by Andorra, Canada, Ireland, Japan, San Marino or the United States.
Passengers transiting through France require documents that meet the validity requirements for their final destination.
Passengers must hold an insurance certificate covering all medical, hospital and death-related expenses during their stay in France, including the cost of repatriation for medical reasons. The certificate must be translated into English.
This does not apply to:
Passengers who hold a French residence permit or a movement document for foreign minors (DCEM) or a French identity certificate (TIR);
The spouse of a French national;
Passengers who hold a long-stay visa marked with “residence permit must be applied for upon arrival in France”;
Members of diplomatic missions and consular posts taking office in France, members of parliament, officials, officer or agent of foreign public services, carrying an assignment brief from their government, officials of an intergovernmental organisation of which France is a member, carrying an assignment brief from that organisation, or ships and aircraft crew members engaged in service travel, provided they hold proof attesting their function.
