Would you be so kind to explain me situation with my refund, because it
is some misunderstanding between me and your company. I use you site for
many times and recommended your company to all my friends, make
advertising at many travel forums. At 28 November 2008 (!!!!) according
to your terms and conditions I made cancellation. Today is 17/08/09 and
I do not receive refund! I write a lot of e-mails, but nothing happened.
It is impossible for me to believe, that such a professional company
with a big experience on travel market can scammed me. I am sure, that
you can help me in this matter and I can use your site in a future. Hope
for your understanding and thanks in advance.
