(a) the traveler providing a valid certificate of a negative test which was obtained not more than 72 hours before the date of travel and
(b) in the event of the traveler’s failure to submit a certificate as proof of a negative test, the traveler will be required to quarantine him or herself at his or her own costs.
Please note that all visitors coming into South Africa must meet the entry requirements. The normal travel insurance that will cover medical expenses if needed is applicable especially to cover COVID19.
Should they not have insurance they will have to cover all their medical expenses.
Please kindly be informed as being a Russian passport holder you may enter the Republic of South Africa several times during the calendar year; each visit not to exceed 90 days.
Please note, however, that the final decision on admission including the number of days permitted to stay in the Republic of South Africa is at the discretion of a passport control immigration officer at the port of entry.
We strongly advise to have a valid passport, two blank pages in a passport and a return ticket each time you enter the Republic of South Africa.
Please, always check the permitted period of stay in the Republic granted by the immigration officer at the port of entry [square stamp] reflected in your passport.
