1. Passengers are not allowed to enter until 25 October 2020.

permit issued by Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland or the United Kingdom;
- passengers with a long term visa issued by Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland or the United Kingdom;
- nationals of North Macedonia (Rep.) returning via Thessaloniki (SKG) to continue by road to North Macedonia (Rep.). Their trip must be prearranged by the authorities;
- military personnel.
2. Passengers are subject to Coronavirus (COVID-19) test upon arrival, details can be found at
https://travel.gov.gr/3. Flights from Turkey are suspended until 25 October 2020.
- This does not apply to humanitarian, medevac, military and repatriation flights.
4. Flights from Catalonia (Spain) are suspended 25 October 2020.
5. Passengers must complete a "Passenger Locator Form(PLF)" at
https://travel.gov.gr/ not later than the day before arrival in Greece. A confirmation email or a QR code generated from the completed form must be presented upon arrival. Families can be accepted with one joint confirmation e-mail or a unique QR code.
- This does not apply to passengers in transit.
6. Passengers arriving from Albania and North Macedonia (Rep.) must arrive at Athens (ATH).
7. Until 25 October 2020, passengers arriving from Albania, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Hungary, Israel, Malta, North Macedonia (Rep.), Poland, Romania, Spain or United Arab Emirates must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result. The certificate must be in English and the test must have been taken at most 72 hours before arrival.

- unmarried partners of residents of Germany. They must have a written invitation and a copy of the identity document of the resident in Germany. They must also have a declaration and be able to present proof of their relationship.

- students with proof of being enrolled in a course in Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden or Switzerland. They must:
- have a medical insurance; and
-be traveling to the country where they study, at most 15 days before the start of the course.
2. Passengers must complete an "FCS Health Control Form" at
https://www.spth.gob.es/ . A QR code generated from the completed form must be presented upon arrival.

3. Residency permits and "D" visas that expired between 17 December 2019 and 21 June 2020 are accepted for entry until 21 December 2020.
4. Passengers are subject to medical screening upon arrival.
