Dear Dimitri,
I'm glad to receive your application for volunteer work in Africa, Asia
or South America. During training period in Denmark and project period
in your chosen country, you have possibility to learn a lot and
definitely - you'll develop your skills.
At the moment program we are offering:
- B degree: 12 month in training in Denmark + 11 month in project
in Africa, Asia or South America + 3 month Camp Future (program starts
in August). When you finish this program you get certificate - 2/3 of
bachelor degree.
Next team starts in August, 2011. But you can enroll already now and
this is way how you secure your place in the team. In this team will be
20 people and already now 10 are enrolled.
About money what you need to start the program:
enrollment fee is 400 Euro what you have to pay. You also have to cover
costs for airline ticket to come here to Denmark. + When you'll know
where will be your project (Africa, Asia or South-America) you have to
do vaccinations needed in this place.
Other wise - during training you'll have place to live + you'll have
food (kitchen available all time during the day and night) and meals (3
times per day) + you'll get small pocket money to cover your hygiene
needs and other things if needed.
In project: school is covering travel costs + health insurance + malaria
profilacsis + you'll have place to live + you'll get pocket money.
Program is safe. All DI's always have come back from projects. We don't
have projects in areas where war or big epidemics or disasters are.
Besides, you'll get very good health insurance.
