Due to our travel fare rules, which you have agreed on with your online booking and which can be read on our website www.oebb.at, online-tickets are generally excluded from a refund. Even a subsequent modification of an online-ticket (for example: date, route, name of passenger, etc ...) is not possible. Every customer is made aware of our regulations before he is charged for the ticketprice, especially the point that a cancellation or change of an onlinetickt is not possible is shown clearly during the order process.
Although no refund for online-tickets is made according to our travel fare rules, we want to transfer the amount of €7,20- back to your credit card (Mastercard) since you couldn’t use your onlineticket ID 39630916 in the bus of the Vienna Airport Lines
